Established in 2013, Living Proof Family Facility is a Christian based, Adult Family Home, located on the Northwest side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

 

We are experienced caretakers, who have over 25 years experience in the Nursing Industry.  Living Proof Family Facility offers affordable rates and accepts both public and private pay residents.  We provide services for adults of any age, male or female, with disabilities and  anormalitie of aging.
